7 AM Hockey Skills Development Program

2019, 2018 & 2017 (must be elite 2017)
Start your day with high-energy, focused training designed for elite-level development. Coach Nick Rotondi’s 7 AM Hockey Skills Program builds a strong foundation in skating, puck control, shooting, and game awareness — helping players elevate their game before the school day even begins.
Program Focus Areas
Skating Technique
The foundation of hockey performance
Emphasis on stride mechanics, edge control, and balance
Shooting Accuracy
Focus on shot mechanics, power, and precision
Learn to generate power from the legs through the stick
Puck Handling
Improve control, reaction time, and creativity with the puck
Advanced drills for hand-eye coordination and decision-making
Game Awareness
Build hockey IQ through situational drills and small-area games
Develop anticipation and fast decision-making in real-game scenarios

Families may register for a complete session block or choose available individual class dates through the registration page.
There are 33 Thursday morning development skates available throughout the fall and winter season.

Train With Coach Nick Rotondi
Coach Nick delivers structured, detail-focused instruction designed to help players improve their technique, confidence and understanding of the game.
Each session challenges players to develop strong habits, compete with purpose and become more confident with and without the puck.
Player Requirements
Players must bring full hockey equipment and should arrive early enough to be completely dressed and ready to step onto the ice at 7:00 AM.
