Now introducing the 10-week
Leadership & Well-being experience for girls ages 10 to 15,
featuring a special collaboration between Alpha-Era Girls Hockey Company & The Grounded Edge.
Designed to inspire girls (ages 10–15) to lead with confidence, collaborate with purpose, and thrive in both movement and mindset, we create and facilitate a journey from within that involves engaging workshops, group activities, and creative reflection.
Participants will practice our four pillars of importance over the course of ten 90 minute in-person sessions:

EMPOWER themselves with tools for self-awareness, resilience, and emotional well-being

DEVELOP strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills

GROW confidence through movement, mindful practices, and real-world challenges

EVOLVE into their most authentic, grounded, and capable selves through action and practice with real-world scenarios
Led by experienced facilitators, The E.D.G.E. Lab creates a supportive space for girls to explore their potential, connect with others, and build lifelong skills for mind-body balance, inner confidence, and self-leadership.
