Mighty Mights is the perfect introduction to hockey for our youngest athletes. Designed specifically for beginners, this small-group program focuses on building confidence, balance, and foundational skating skills in a fun, positive environment.

This is where hockey begins.

Program Overview

Our Level 1 Beginner Series helps players:

* Learn to stand up independently

* Develop balance and basic walking movement on the ice

* Learn how to safely fall and get back up

* Build early skating confidence

* Use skating aids for support and progression

* Prepare for Beginner Series Level 2

We use mini pads to create a less intimidating, controlled environment for first-time skaters.

Small Group Format

To ensure personalized attention and comfort:

* Maximum 4 players per 30-minute session

* Focused instruction

* Encouraging, beginner-friendly coaching

* Structured skill progression

* Equipment Needed: Skates, Helmet (with a full hockey cage), gloves & snowsuit
