Do we Rent Skates or Helmets?

No. We recommend purchasing a used pair of skates and equipment at Play It Again Sports.

Can we Rent an Hour of Ice + Bar Party Room Combo?

Step 1: Secure the ice by emailing shannon@wavesports.ca

Step 2: Fill out the Raiders Den party booking form.

Step 3: Show up with bells on ready to have a great time and celebrate.

Can a Team Rent the Ice, Limitless Gym and Restaurant for a Skate, Team Meeting or Video Session?

Yes. We have several options for team days.

Can we hire a Conacher Hockey instructor to run a skills session or practice and the ice both?

Yes. You may rent the ice and an instructor to run a practice or skills session.

Do you split clinics by level if the age group listed is 6-14?

Yes, the on-ice head instructor will identify the kid's skill level and split the group accordingly to the best of their discrepancy.

Do we have drop-ins for our clinics?

Yes. If you cannot make it to every listed date for a clinic, you are welcome to purchase drop ins. Please ensure to pay for the drop in online. The only program that does not have drop-ins is Learn to Skate.

Do we have skate sharpening?

Yes. Tydan Blades is located within our facility on the main floor.

How can I book and rent a main rink or mini rink?

Please use our 3rd party online booking system provided by Sports Illustrated Catch Corner.

Can I pay with cash at the office or pay the instructor at the clinic.

We generally do not accept cash payments and recommend paying online in advance.

Can my player join a clinic outside of the age group or birth year listed?

All players wishing to attend a clinic outside their age group must be approved by a Conacher Hockey representative.

What is your refund policy?

No Refund Policy

All registrations for Conacher Hockey clinics and camps are final. We do not provide refunds, transfers, or credits for cancellations, missed sessions, or schedule conflicts.
